Shipping

The shipping method you select during checkout will determine how fast your order arrives to you. At Mōhala, we pride ourselves on your orders leaving our warehouse and coming to you extremely quickly regardless of which shipping option you choose.

All orders placed by 1 pm EST generally ship the same day the order is placed. All orders are guaranteed to ship within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or on National Holidays.

*Please be sure to check your address thoroughly before placing your order, as it will be your financial responsibility to cover the re-shipment of a package needing an address correction or update.

Returns

Thank you for shopping with Mōhala. We take great pride in our reputation for the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 15 days from possession of your order. After this 15 day period, the items will become final sale. Please note, ALL exchanges are final sale.

The Store credit total will be credited to a gift card sent to the email address associated with your original order, less the cost of original shipping fees. Please allow up to 15 business days for Mōhala to receive and process your return.

Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed, or altered.
